The new July 2008 Maxim cover is out with a sexy shot of Elisha Cuthbert in a tiny black dress with cleavage down to her waist!

This begs us to ask the question…. Why don’t women wear dresses like this more often???

Elisha, best known for her role on the hit TV Show “24″, she says that she’s always been “Daddy’s Little Girl”. Well, not so much really these days judging from this Maxim Cover! I wonder what her father thinks of her now!
